CONTEST PERIOD AND REGISTRATION DEADLINE This Contest runs from Oct. 16, 2017 through Dec. 14, 2017 (the “Contest Period”) The deadline for entering your complete registration is Dec. 14, 2017 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Contest Deadline”). 4. WINNER SELECTION All participants entering a valid email before the contest deadline will go into a drawing. The draw for this Contest will be held Dec. 18, 2017 (the “Contest Drawing”). Two participants will be drawn, each being Contest Grand Prize Winners. The odds of winning a prize in the Contest Drawing depend on the total number of entries in the Contest Drawing. All eligible entries received during the Contest Period will be gathered into a database at the end of the Contest Period. If multiple entries are submitted, your most recent entry prior to the Contest Deadline will be utilized as your submission. All other submissions will be discarded. Each unique e-mail address is eligible for only one (1) prize. Only one (1) prize per household. The winners will be notified on or about Dec. 19, 2017, on or about 3:00 p.m. ET via e-mail. Value is estimated at one-thousand, one-hundred and fifty dollars ($1,150.00) per grand prize. Prizes are non-transferable, and no prize substitutions or cash redemptions are allowed except as provided herein. Prize must be redeemed within five (5) days of prize notification or the prize will be forfeited. If a prize is unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute with an alternative prize of similar value and/or specification, unless to do so would be prohibited by law. If an eligible resident of Canada is a potential winner, he/she is required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a timed, mathematical skill-testing question, to be administered by Sponsor either by mail, telephone, or e-mail before providing such individual with the prize. All and any taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winners. 7. OFFICIAL RULES By entering, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these official rules (“Official Rules”).
